I am a Professional Landscape Designer, writer, lecturer, artist, and teacher. I design residential, industrial, and commercial landscapes; using both curvilinear and geometric themes. Adapting to the needs of the client and the site. The Whispering Crane Institute also provides seminars and workshops for those in the "Green Industry" from our World Headquarters in beautiful East Central Ohio.

He didn’t like it. Not even a little. This was shot down faster than Ann Coulter would have been at a moveon(dot)org party. However there is a ray of hope for that big flat space. Ruins, yep ruins . . . . working on that drawing as we speak.

Addendum: It’s 2:42 pm EST, and I see the pic. I hope it is there . . .
My hope is to use this site to spread some info about the art and practice of Landscape Design. It is a very misunderstood profession; I do not cut grass like the next door neighbor's cousin who carries 3 mowers and a blower in the back of his truck.

The rejection is bad news for you. But it thickens the plot for the rest of us. Maybe we’ll all learn something from this.

Bummer – take solice from the great Cleveland designer, Leslie Scott, who retires each evening with the prayer that ‘ O Lord, may that people with taste will get money, and people with money will get taste’
