John Wall’s New $4.9 Million House

5 million bucks

Why in the hell would I post a story about a rich NBA star buying a near $5 million dollar house in Maryland

Well, this is why —

nice view overall

Please look at the paving around, for what I am assuming is the hot-tub. Take a close look. completely unacceptable!

I would never put paving around a water surface that wasn’t solid, and steady. Look at those gaps in the stone, look? What is going on here.

Did someone at the last minute decide, ooops, we need some sort of paving around the hot-tub, let’s throw some stones down here. Bye.

Man, for $5 million bucks you think they’d cement those babies in and, uh, grout between the stones. Fill in something. Please!

At least for $5 million he has this awesome ping-pong room.

wowow

The best part about being John Wall has to be his new mansion.

The Washington Post’s Reliable Source reports that the Wizards’ star guard plunked down a cool $4.9 million for a Potomac, Md. house that features everything you want in a home: indoor basketball court, gym, theater, huge kitchen and more.

Beginning with the 2014-2015 season, Wall will start the first year of his five-year, $80 million contract. When you see some of the pictures of this mansion and read the specs, you will agree he is spending wisely. From the Post:

When Wall inked his new deal, he said he was looking for a place that could comfortably accommodate his mom, siblings and other guests visiting Washington. We’ve learned that he settled on an eight bedroom, 12 bath, 17,350 sq. ft. mansion just outside the Beltway and closed two weeks ago.
